Using the Library
The Gordon City Library has many items and services which are available to the public. These include:

- Wireless Internet Access
- OverDrive services (Audiobook and E-Reader books)
- Microfilm & Microfilm reader, including the Gordon Journal dating back to the 1800’s
- Photo-copying services
- Faxing services
- Scanner
- Typewriter
- National & local newspapers (Omaha World Herald, Rapid City Journal, Scottsbluff Star-Herold, Chadron Record, and Sheridan County Journal Star)
- Interlibrary loan services
- Fiction and Non-fiction DVD & VHS Videos
- Large Print Books
- Audio Books
- A reference section, including local historical and genealogical books
- Over 60 magazines
- Over 12,000 books in fiction and non-fiction
The Library hours are:
Monday and Wednesday: 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., and Saturday: 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
